The legendary A. Lange & Sohne Datograph Flyback in platinum, ref# 403.035. Full set with box and papers, on a croc strap with platinum Lange pin buckle. This is the watch where Lange revolutionized the watchmaking industry by introducing the first serially produced, manually-wound, in-house chronograph from a premier brand – the unparalleled L951.1 movement. Developed by Günter Blümlein, the platinum Datograph established a new standard for high-end chronographs with its unique design, featuring an outsize date and sub-dials arranged in a triangular formation, perfectly balanced against a similar triangle of applied Roman numerals. Perfectly proportioned at 39mm, this 40 jewel timepiece features the iconic Lange big date complication, a buttery-smooth flyback chronograph feature, and the exceptional feel of platinum.

This watch was acquired in excellent condition from a dealer in New York (which I will disclose to seriously interested buyers, and will present receipt), and has been rarely worn.
